On the evening of Saturday, 16 July 2022, Mr. Mondher Ben Sik Ali oversaw the opening of the 49th session of the Monastir International Festival in Ribat Palace in Monastir in the presence of the First Authorized Masters, the Mayor of Monastir, the accreditation of Monastir and the regional delegate of culture, as well as the presence of a few regional frames and representatives of national organizations.
The forty-ninth edition of the International Monastir Festival takes place from 16 July to 22 August 2022. The festival's programme includes numerous performances ranging from music, theatre, cinema, screenings and children's shows.
Previous managers who have contributed for years to the festival's national and international radiation were also honored at its previous turn.
