Real Estate Affairs, the Regional Director of Equipment, Housing and Infrastructure, the Regional Director of Health, and Director General of the University Hospital Fattouma Bourguiba in Monastir and the Secretary General of the municipality of Monastir, in the presence of a group of state officials and relevant departments, was dedicated to following up on the progress of procedures for implementing the construction of educational institutions in the region funded by a contribution from the European Investment Bank, similar to an institute and a preparatory school in the Omran neighborhood in Monastir and an institute Boutaza, a middle school in Bakalta, and a middle school in Manzil al-Hayat. The first authorized person stressed the need to expedite the completion of the various real estate procedures related to the process of allocating and assigning real estate on an area of ​​about 20 thousand square meters from the property of the municipality in the neighborhood of Omran in Monastir for the benefit of the Ministry of Education to actually launch the works and in the soonest time to build an institute and a preparatory school in the neighborhood of Omran at a cost of 10 4 million dinars, given the importance of the two educational institutions by relieving pressure on educational institutions in the city of Monastir, which witnesses an increasing turnout every year on the one hand, and to reduce traffic congestion in the center of Monastir on the other. It was also recommended that various procedures be completed after studies were prepared, bids were announced, and contractors were appointed, so that the construction of educational institutions programmed in the region would start as soon as possible, especially the construction of the Tuza Institute at a cost of 4,729 million dinars and the construction of the preparatory school in Bakalta at a cost of 4.13 million dinars. And the construction of the middle school in the house of life at a cost of 4.19 million dinars.
