The first Mr. Al-Mutamid called for the need to activate the work of supervision, in particular the regional committee in charge of combating the phenomena of parallel trade and contraband, in particular the resistance to the phenomenon of smuggling and sale of gasoline, which has worsened in the recent period, stressing in the same context the need to identify the different points of sale of contraband gasoline and then to establish an intervention program to remove these random points and eliminate the phenomenon of the sale of contraband gasoline. The head of the regional union of industry, commerce and crafts and the head of the region's petrol station hall have also been called upon to recommend that the owners of petrol stations in the region respect the law in the exercise of their activities and to refrain from selling gasoline in plastic or other cans to rationalize the use of fuel in general and ensure the safety of citizens.
