This session is part of the second part of the second phase of the technical, financial and economic feasibility study relating to the identification of funding schemes and implementation strategies according to the various forms of conduct and exploitation of the project to prepare and restore Monastir Bay.
He stressed the need to combine all efforts to overcome all the difficulties of the project within a new strategic vision and legal equation.
