A representative of the General Directorate of Plant Health and Monitoring of Peasant Inputs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fishing, the Acting Regional Delegate for Peasant Development, the President of the Regional Federation of Peasants, the representative of the Municipal Guard Division of Minster and three relevant regional and local frames devoted to considering the application of internal quarantine procedures to the implant.Mr. governor recommended that quarantine procedures should be applied in accordance with the technical requirements of extraction and burning of infected planters and to develop early detection capabilities to ensure that the spread of the disease is curbed. He emphasized the activation of the role of the Regional Federation of Farming and Marine Fisheries to inform and frame existing exploiters to engage in this effort so as to prevent and control the disease on the side.
